How It Works

1. Place your deposit — a £50 non-refundable deposit secures your consultation slot.
2. Consultation — we'll contact you within 48 hours to discuss your design, measurements, and timeline.
3. Production — your piece is handcrafted by our artisans. Typical lead time is 1–4 weeks.
4. Delivery — your bespoke item is carefully packaged and shipped directly to you.

Pricing

Custom orders are priced individually based on design complexity, leather selection, and finish. The £50 deposit is deducted from your final invoice. A personalised quote will be provided after your consultation.
